My phone is iPhone XS Max, and I want to update it to IOS 14.1 but it got stuck in the middle of updating. There’s no estimating time, there just “preparing update.” What should I do? Please help me.

Yeah, at that time, it had been 50 minutes. However, I've canceled the update and turn off my phone. After waiting for a while, I turned it back on, and tried updating it again, and somehow it worked. Thanks for the reply.
It takes a good 20 minutes to prepare the update depending on which iPhone you have. How long are you waiting?
