Iam not able to update my iphone to ios 14

it suddenly stops when agree to the terms and conditions

  • iOS 12.4.8 —> Final release supported on iPhone 5S, iPhone 6/6 Plus, iPad Air, iPad Mini 2, iPad Mini 3 and iPod Touch (6th generation)
  • iOS 10.3.4 —> Final release supported on iPhone 5 and iPad (4th generation) Wi-Fi + Cellular iOS 10.3.3 —> Final release supported on iPhone 5C and iPad (4th generation) Wi-Fi

if they are being offered the update, it’s an eligible phone. Try restarting your phone and if possible using another network. If it still doesn’t work go to settings >general>iPhone storage and delete the iOS update. Then check for updates again to redownload.. if still having issues, check for configuration or VPN profiles in general.
