Can't open Apple News App due to restriction.

I have the below problem and as answered here by Apple specialist, I went to "Setting" --> "Screen Time" --> "Content & Privacy Restrictions". Actually restrictions was not turned on, but to follow the instruction, I turned it on, and checked the "Allowed Apps" and confirmed that News is allowed. But I still see the same message that "Restrictions Enabled Certain apps. ...." when I tried to open News app.

Any help would be appreciated. I am using iOS 14.

I'm trying to use my News app, but when I look for it in my apps I can't find it. When I go to the App Store to download it, it appears as if I have it downloaded. When I press "open" it says that the app is restricted. "Restrictions Enabled Certain apps, features, or services can't be seen or used when Restrictions are on. To use this app, turn Restrictions off."

I solved problem from the web. Restriction on/off never resolved issue on my case.

Settings>General>Language and Region>. Select another region from US and then back to US again.

That's it.
