“Italian hand” Emoji

Hi,

I just wanted to know if the “Italian hand” gesture emoji is supposed to be available on iPhone?

I saw few of my friends (iPhone users) use it, but I don’t see it in my emojis. I just updated my phone too.

Emoji, impossible to find I have to use emojii for my work, but it's impossible to set emoji on my new iPhone. I really don't know which problem I have.
