Adding Apple Cash as a payment method to my Apple ID produce an “Unable to Add Card” because of a problem.
To my Apple ID produces a “Unable to Add Card” message because of a problem. Trying again produces the same message.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you've been struggling to add a card to the Wallet app for Apple Pay and Apple Cash. We'll do our best to assist with this.
In order to accomplish adding a payment method to Apple Cash, you'll need to add a card to Apple Pay. Here's how to do this when you run into issues adding the card: If you can't add cards to Wallet to use with Apple Pay
Once you've added a card, then set up Apple Cash: Send and receive money with Apple Pay and Add money to Apple Cash
Then you should be able to send the Apple Cash!
If you find yourself at a point where you still can't add a card to your wallet with the above article, then you may need to contact your bank or card issuer for more information or verification.
Also, you may need to Contact Apple Support, if there isn't a solution or problem on the bank side of things.
