phone is jammed - i have watched all the youtube videos etc.
this happened when resetting phone/deleting post back up and cuz the phone was illegally locked - i am using a new provider so a tech at the store told me i had to delete/reset/restore to have my phone register the new provider...

illegal is the wrong term
it was just purchased in canada when phones were not supposed to be locked
Was it purchased new from Apple?
If it was purchased used where was it originally sold?
iPhone is jammed and won't start
