Photos: Way to create a "Info" page in Albums ?

OK - how about creating a blank white image and put it into the album. Name it the same as the album (you'll need a different one for each album)

If you edit the image, select the three dots, and markup - you can add a text box and edit it right in photos.

Or, if you select some photos and open a print dialog with ⌘P, you can print the photos to a PDF page with the titles and dates etc. you entered in Photos. Select the Contact sheet layout and enable the captions, then select the metadata you want to print.

Then select to print to PDF. Use Preview to save the PDF file as a JPG and add it to your album.

There is no such facility in Photos.

Workaround: write your notes in Pages. Export that as a pdf. Open it in Preview. Export from there to Jpeg. Import the Jpeg and add it to the Album.
