Some of my apps keep crashing on an irregular basis

Two of my apps-both third-party keep crashing, so I'm hoping someone who can read this report can help me figure it out. I am attaching a systems report to help diagnose this issue.

Uninstall Sophos by following the developer's instructions. Anti-virus apps are not needed on a Mac and usually cause more problems than they solve plus they impact system performance. You also do not need to have MalwareBytes constantly running a real-time scan (there is a setting within MalwareBytes to disable it). FYI, if you use an anti-virus app you should never use more than one since they will conflict with one another causing even more problems that a single app would cause. Again you don't need any anti-virus apps on a Mac.

Make sure the Citrix software and all other software is completely up to date.

Run Disk Utility First Aid on the drive. Even if First Aid reports everything is "Ok" make sure to click on "Show Details" to examine the log looking for any unfixed errors.

Run the Apple Diagnostics.

If you still have problems, then run EtreCheck again and post the new report here.
