Unauthorized payments

So guys I have this motivational app on my iPhone and this **** app authorized a yearly subscription without my authorization. Like???

I need a refund, am only trying the **** app and I opted for monthly sub to understand the app first just to be debited for yearly subscription without authorization

I need help on how to go bouh it, I need a refund
