How to change app face on iPadOS

I recently viewed a video showing a guy changing the faces of his apps using shortcuts. Does anyone know how to do this?

face id apps not listed under "other apps"? I have an iPhone 13 mini running iOS 16.4.1. I have updated ALL my apps, but for some reason there is only 1 app listed under Settings > Face ID & Passwords > Other Apps? I do not know at what point all the other apps under "other apps" disappeared but I cannot seem to get them back? Where did they go? Was this from an iPhone update?
