apple survey

Hey everyone,

I received a mail from AppleSupport@insideapple.apple.com about a survey (because I called the assistance service during the day). But I was wondering if the mail is legitimate ? I clicked on the link which leads to a survey and a padlock appears next to the url adress of the website, which seems real. Also, the email seems well elaborated. I read some posts about this and I can't really figure out if this is a scam or not. What are your opinions ? Thank you :)
