Rearrange home screen pages

Without having to individually move apps I want to move or split entire home screen pages. Ie. I have 4 home screen pages, I want to add an additional page between page 1 and 2 and so create a new page 2 of apps. Additionally I want to move home screen page 4 (without changing its layout or any of the apps in it) up to home screen page 2.

So far the only way I'm able to figure out how to do this is to move every individual app from page 4 to a new page five, then all the apps from page 3 to the previous page 4 and so on and so on such a waste of time. I can't even plug it in to and rearrange on my Mac anymore?
