Cannot verify server identity

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today with a "cannot verify server identity" message on your iPhone.

Is this Outlook account already installed on your iPhone?

Have you restarted the iPhone? Restart your iPhone

If it is still happening after a restart, try removing the mail account and adding it back. You can remove the account in Settings > Mail > Accounts.

After it is removed, restart once more and follow: Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

Once the Outlook account is added back, see if the message returns.
