Hello , This is Bijaya Bhusal I have two iPhone 8 plus , I would like to change to iPhone 12 max pro . My phones have little scratch on the screen . Am I eligible or not to trade in ?

Yes you can trade-in with scratches ... the value you get for the phone might be less depending on how badly scratched/damaged they are!
Also, you will be able to trade-in one old phone for a new phone at a time!
