Hello, I'm trying to sign up for Apple One but I'm not getting the Subscription options although my country is available, Also if I try manually from the one.apple.com website I'm getting a "Cant Connect" message - tried from multiple locations, 4G, WIFI, nothing..
My iPhone is updated to latest version, I also got family 2TB iCloud & Apple Music subscription.
Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Try a forced restart.
Let me know if something changed for you after canceling the 2TB storage,
I think Apple doesn't really care about this issue, right now if you are using all of the services you are actually paying more..
so no rush to fix :)
That's right, I got it also now, but there is supposed to be a 2TB Apple One plan
I have available two plans the 50GB and the 200GB
I tried all of the about except reset device,
and I really think that reseting can't be the solution for everything.
I got the 2T icloud account and I read that the One account with 2T is not really available everywhere and it got me thinking that maybe that's the reason I can't see any packages..
I’m having exactly the same problem... and I’m also paying for 2TB extra storage, so it seems to be related.
I tried to cancel my iCloud storage subscription, but changing it to the free 5GB version didn’t solve the problem (at least, not immediately).
I guess Apple didn’t consider this case? 🤦🏻♂️

As mentioned by TomerG in the original post, trying to access the subscription screen through its url (or clicking in the url from Apple’s website) shows a “Cannot Connect” error message.
Now I remember you have to be updated to iOS 14.2 which will be released on 13th of November. I’ve got it because I’m beta user. You can apply too: https://beta.apple.com/sp/betaprogram/guide

They seem to have fixed it! I just went to https://one.apple.com and the popup to subscribe finally loaded!
After subscribing I got 2,2TB of iCloud storage (200GB from Apple One + the 2TB I’m paying).
Have you tried this: Settings - Apple ID - Subscriptions - Get Apple One then select option and start free trial?
No, its working correctly ads one plan to 2TB plan so you still pay for 2TB
