Chipping off paint

It’s been not 1 year yet I bought my iPhone XR and before getting 1 month my paint chips from the volume button and now paints goes from microphone and now also from camera I didn’t even drop my fon once and I dnt know how it happens please resolve my problem Apple please because I love my fon it’s hard to see my phone in this way
