Solar Dial face not showing the correct time

So based on the recent time change, my watch would show the correct time, but the hand is not in the correct position. If I put the hand at 10:00 it says it says 9:26 for some reason. It was working fine before. I’ve tried restarting my watch and installing the face again. Still the same
