I’ve removed my hotmail from phone then re added rebooted phone also hard restart to no avail. What’s next????

We understand that you're having an issue with an alert in the Mail app that it cannot verify the server identity for your Hotmail account. If you tap "Details" does it then say "Not Trusted Certificate"? If so, you'll want to be sure the Date & Time settings are correct. Tap Settings > General > Date & Time. From here, be sure "Set Automatically" is selected, and the "Time Zone" area is correct. If any changes are made, restart your iPhone then check your email account again: Restart your iPhone
If the issue continues, you'll want to work with your email service provider to resolve the certificate issue. You may also need to provide them with this resource: Lists of available trusted root certificates in iOS
If the issue continues after speaking with them, you'll want to reach out to Apple support to look into this with you further. They can be reach here: Get Support

I have almost same issue but details say’s account not authenticated. I have to fill in my password and then it works for a day and starts over. I have not altered my password long time.
