After I updated my iPad Pro to version 14.1 last night, today I can’t use the split screen function while Sharing Screen on Zoom anymore. Anybody experience this same problem? What should I do?

It sounds like you're no longer able to use Zoom in Split View on your iPad after updating to iPadOS 14.1.
After updating to 14.1, did you also check to make sure that Zoom is fully updated? These steps may help: If an app unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open
