Solution for no #6 3/4 envelope template in Pages

Instead using Pages, print your envelope from Contacts. There is a template for the 6 3/4 size in Contacts, and within 10 seconds, my envelope had printed correctly.

In other words, I suggest we don't bother creating a template for this envelope Pages.

When I try to print an envelope from contacts it wants to print the last name first When I try to print an envelope from contacts, in accordance with instructions from page 42 of the user guide and from the contacts help menu, it wants to print the last name first.
