Solution for no #6 3/4 envelope template in Pages

Instead using Pages, print your envelope from Contacts. There is a template for the 6 3/4 size in Contacts, and within 10 seconds, my envelope had printed correctly.

In other words, I suggest we don't bother creating a template for this envelope Pages.
