No option helped in my case. The pitty is that to make whatsup backup I need 3,5gb space, but all apps are already removed. So the bug leads to destroying iPhone data. iTunes is not working on windows after 30 min by IT guy. Apple do not do it so bad.
thank you, but update on iphone is not working because of little free space. Only windows pc with itunes error dirvers is not installed. moving to the next step in quest..
Reinstall iTunes on your PC and try again.
reinstallation iTunes not helped - driver in not installed.
