Queens Gambit not working on Apple TV

on netflix, the queens gambit refuses to play. All other shows play. This show plays on my iPhone and laptop. This one show on this one app fails. Every day. For over a week. Is there a setting or update or an embedded Netflix thing that is preventing this one show? No episodes play. I back out and go to another show and it’s fine. I’ve tried maybe 30 other shows looking for a repeat of this issue. I am finding no one on the internet having this problem. And sadly I cannot cast from my phone or mac because I get an error that says ‘use the Netflix app on your tv’.
