Mass delete contacts from iPad not using iCloud

I purchased an iPad for my daughter and while I was setting it up all of my contacts copied onto her iPad. I have gone into iCloud and unchecked contacts on her device so that I can delete contacts from her iPad without affecting my contacts on my iPhone. How can I delete all of the contacts on her device at this point? (all of the instructions I see online involve using iCloud, but I don’t think that’s an option since I don’t want to delete the contacts on my phone as well). Any help is welcomed. Thanks!

Thanks for the response. I tried the steps on this page previously and just tried again, and they don’t seem relevant for my iPad. I am using a new iPad and want to remove all of the contacts (which were copied from my personal phone) from my daughters iPad and then be able to add different contacts, manually, if necessary. there is no password and accounts option on my iPad as described at the link you posted. Do you know how to do that? Your help is greatly appreciated.
