iphone 11 reboot

Yesterday evening my phone fell out. I thought it was because the phone had a flat battery. When I started charging it, the apple sign came on it. That stays on for a minute and then disappears for 2 seconds and back again for a minute. I had read online that letting it go completely flat or removing the SIM card would help. So I let it go completely flat and plugged it in this morning. Then I had the same result again with the logo. Removing the SIM card didn't make any sense either.

Does anyone have any tips on how I can solve this?
