Detaching audio in FCPX 10.4.10

In the drop down menu 'detach audio' is listed as -

^ , and an arrow I can't add here, S

In the FCP help it says -

Option-Command-B

On my iMac running Mojave 10.4.6 neither works and I have to use the drop down menu.

Why is this - perhaps a fault with my machine. What is the correct key combination for this regularly used feature?

I note also that Apple should update their 'help' as several things have been altered now. They owe it to customers who paid for an expensive programme.

That's Shift-Control-S. It works unless the keyboard has been changed or isn't a QWERTY keyboard.

Opt-Shift-B is Balance Color.

Where in Help are you seeing this? Mine doesn't show a keyboard shortcut.
