Just receive a call from Apple Support stating my Apple ID is being us in Mexico. Is this bogus call? I haven't been to Mexico!

Just receive a call from Apple Support stating my Apple ID is being us in Mexico. Is this bogus call? I haven't been to Mexico! Then when I went to sign into my account, it show a new device using my ID somewhere near my hometown. What and who do I need to notify. How do I change my apple ID

Let's start by removing any unknown devices connected to your Apple ID with the steps in this link: Check your Apple ID device list to see where you are signed in


Then follow these steps to secure your Apple ID: If you think your Apple ID has been compromised
