Hi I just got 2TB of iCloud storage. But when i try to backup my iPhone it says not enough space...

I have restarted iPhoneX as well. Nothing is working. still the same message.

iCloud backup isn’t working. Why does it say not enough storage when there is? My iPhone 14 Plus says not enough iCloud storage but it shows 29.5 MB of 5GB used. So why won’t it backup?

there is storage in the device. and I have a 2TBB iCloud plan. still saying not enough space. I have been using the same plan for a while. it was working fine a couple of months ago but not now....

Are you certain there is storage on the device? Do you know how to check?
