Hi I just got 2TB of iCloud storage. But when i try to backup my iPhone it says not enough space...
I have restarted iPhoneX as well. Nothing is working. still the same message.
That's because the message/notification is related to a lack of device storage space in which case --
there is storage in the device. and I have a 2TBB iCloud plan. still saying not enough space. I have been using the same plan for a while. it was working fine a couple of months ago but not now....
Are you certain there is storage on the device? Do you know how to check?
