I have Apple Card on other Apple ID I wanna move to on that Apple ID

The Apple Card is tied to the specific ID it was signed up under. Only way to "move" it to another ID is to close the current Apple Card account then reapply under the new Apple ID.

You cannot transfer it. You’ll have to close out that account and apply for a new one with the other AppleID.
