Haven’t heard anything from barclays

I have filled in my details and said Barclays is reveiwing my application but have heard nothing at all from Barclays not even an email!!! Is this normal or has my application not gone through??

Barclays email and get information, they send an email saying, ‘We are pleased to confirm that your finance application has been accepted. Please note that if you are purchasing online, you will need to provide your deposit payment information in order to complete your order. You will then receive an order confirmation email from Apple. If you've already provided the information and placed your order, you're all done.’ Firstly, there are no payments to make as it’s 0%. On the Apple store it says the order is on hold, and Barclays will be contacting me (which they’ve done, over 7hrs ago, how long would the checks take to go through?

My order is still procceing/on hold I recently ordered an iPhone 14 pro max (which is out of stock) it says my order is on hold and Barclays needs to contact me for more info. They have contacted me and i have gotten an email saying my loan was approved but still no email saying that my order is confirmed, just an email saying that my order is processing. Is this normal? It said my phone is coming on 28/12/2022 it is currently 27/11/2022.
