Dear Apple Team,
I have created an Icloud ID on my mother IPhone 6 almost 3 years ago. Now she had reset that phone and now its locked as i didnt remember that Icloud ID and also i forgot the email to which i have that cloud ID for recovery email.
Please Help.

If neither the first link I provided above didn't help nor going to https://iforgot.apple.com, then you will have to consider reaching out to Apple Support -- Get Support.
If her ID is locked -- If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support.

That's because you attempted to enter the password too many times -- If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support.
Exactly we did that and restore the device now it say that put that specific Icloud ID which was linked to that device and its not accepting any other ID . Kindly help me
