APP STORE NOT WORKING

Hello, i have a macbook air 2013 and i'm having troubles with my app store, everytime i try to open it it went all white and blocked like it's obvious in the picture, i upgraded the system to the last OS Catalina 10.15.7 but the problem is always the same, any solutions please ?

App store on MacBook Pro I've recently updated my MacBook Pro to the Catalina 10.15.6 version and since then the app store has not been responding. App Store and apps not working Hello, I just updated my macbook pro 2017, from Sierra to Catalina macOs. but when the computer restarted the App Store didn't open, and I tried to force the program to close, but it's still not working. and all the apps don't open either. what should I do? thanks, camilla.

Hi riadabdeslam1,

It looks like you are having issues with the App Store. If we have that correct, let's try the following.

If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services

These steps should help resolve the issue.
