phone is disabled

I can connect my phone to iTunes, I’m trying to erase all my info because I forgot my password .When I connect my phone to iTunes ,iTunes don’t read my phone omg can you help me please

Passcode - If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone or your device is disabled.

iTunes doesn‘t recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod.
