I need help for a situation

Well i had an iphone that got stollen and it was my only idevice, now i took my friend’s iphone and wanted to log in and it told me that: “Apple ID verification code, A message with a verification code has been sent to your other devices running ios10 or macOS Sierra or later. Enter the code to continue.”

Now what should i do, i lost my phone and cannot login in another device.
