Installing macOS on pc

Hello I hope everyone is doing good today, I recently got hacked I lost a lot of money someone hacked into my windows pc and took control of my pc remotely, now I want to use macOS because it’s more secure and has an option called “stealth mode” When stealth mode is turned on, your Mac does not respond to “ping” requests and does not answer connection attempts from a closed TCP or UDP network.

i don’t have money to buy an iMac to work yet I wanna buy an external drive and install macOS there and use to boot up my pc my question is do I get same features as macOS even on pc ?
