As indicated in your image, the device was already covered. Had you purchased it earlier when you got the phone?
At this point I would call AppleCare and let them sort it out. Are you part of the Apple Upgrade program?
Your message says your plan is in process. Why are you trying to buy it again?
I purchased it after when I got my phone. And this morning. I saw the money sent back to my bank account
I didn’t try to buy it again. It just the money I spent from the first time I bought ac+ was returned
