Refund

need to cancel a charge and request refund for weight watchers for the billing this was not meant to go through weight watchers for the bulk. $24.99.

You don't get it cancelled by posting on these boards. You click on the word 'here' above and send a message to the iTunes Store staff.

The people on these boards are mostly other Apple customers, not employees, and cannot grant refunds.

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. If not, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.

Okay, but how do I cancel the account with you as far as through iTunes and get a refund. It lets me cancel it, but not refund

Don’t know where it would be the company I am trying to use they said they can’t touch my account to it due to the face it is through iTunes.
