Sign out Apple ID for an old unused account

I have an iPhone from the company I work in, got it around 2 years ago, which has an Apple ID that no one remember its password, or has access to this email. Is there any way to sign out from this Apple ID?

I tried some trivial passwords, and now it says Apple ID Locked.
