I’m getting calls that my I Cloud site has been hacked. How can I verify this without responding to that call? I feel that the call is a scam!

It is most definitely a SCAM. Apple will never "cold call" a customer to inform them that their iCloud has been "hacked." You can safely ignore the calls/block the number(s).
