grey lines on screen ipad - glitching
I came home and my mum said she had a problem with her ipad. she has never dropped it, nor brought it near water (she is extra worried and careful!). she said she turned her ipad on and there were suddenly loads of lines! so me being the responsible daughter, took to the internet to try and troubleshoot. i could find nothing on this particular issue, but have tried a force restart, backed it up and factory reset, hit it a few times (apparently it can work) and tried shouting at it, to no avail. does anyone have this problem/know how to fix it? or will i just have to get her to replace the LCD screen, or even worse the whole ipad (i cry for my money).
anyway she’s distressed cuz she can’t watch netflix but yk we vibe.
oh and she’s had it for just over a year and the cover just ran out like a few months back. when i took a look at it first, after like 20 mins it randomly stopped glitching for like a sec, idk why :(
