If your "unauthorized transactions" are not revealed after consulting either If you see "apple.com/bill" or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support, or See your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and more - Apple Support, report them to your card provider as fraudulent.

If you did not make the "unauthorized transactions" your fraud dispute should be made with your card provider, not Apple.
