Frozen and Broke Phone
My phone is frozen I can't click any apps and I can't hard reset it at all. My power button is not working and I cannot press any of my apps at all.

With power button not working then no Apple shop will be able to help and you cannot put it into recovery mode.
You will have to replace the phone and replace data from your regular backup .
If you want to risk a third party repair shop to try and fix it enough to recover the data you will lose the opportunity of an out of warranty replacement, it depends in the value of the data and the frequency of your backups.
