No, that cannot be done. You cannot make a physical change to your iPhone to change the total capacity.

You cannot increase the capacity of a phone. If another 3rd party shop even tries it will invalidate the warranty and if you have problems Apple will refuse to even look at it.
You couldn't upgrade from apple directly but sometimes 3rd party shops would do it. But, sometimes it's not reliable.
