Photos with transparent background not working

Every time I try to save a photo with a transparent background, it becomes white. Meaning the photo no longer has a transparent background! From saving images on google to making my own transparent photos with an editing app, the results are always the same.

This was not always the case and is a new found problem after the new updates for iOS. I don’t know how to fix this or if I could even fix it, but this is my problem.
