apple tv 2nd geneartion suddenlt stopped working even the light is not blinking the power cord is working with other apple tv , so its not power cord prob plz help me out

All you can do is try a restore. Disconnect all cables, then connect to computer using micro usb cable (make sure it is capable of data transfer and wasn't bundled with another device). If using a PC or older Mac then it will show up within iTunes. On a newer Mac it will be via finder. You will select the device and allow it to restore.


If that fails or the issue persists thereafter then it will likely be a hardware issue, that model is over 10 years old so it would be within reason. As the 2nd gen is classified as obsolete it would not be supported for any issues that occur.
