importing to photoshop

Are you importing HEIC format phone files?

If so, photoshop doesn't recognise those. You may need to export from photos as jpg first.

Images Not Uploading:

See what your options are for file types. If it does not recognize it, then it may be a corrupt file. So, if that is the case, then open it, and take a screenshot of it.

2. Go Here: Take a Screenshot of your Mac - Apple Support
3. Try: uploading the image.

B. View File Types:

1. Go Here: Apple Premiere Pro User Guide - Apple Support
2. Scroll to: Supported still‑image and still-image sequence file formats

C. Chat with Adobe Rep:

2. Click: Button on Bottom-Right Corner of screen
