I have one more question when I answer the call on the Apple Watch and choose the option to redirect to the iPhone, the caller is notified that the call will be resumed in a moment, so there is no immediate connection, so or should it be that I need to confirm on the iPhone additionally and move the slider in right to answer a call?

I've never noticed that the caller was notified, I just tell them to hang on a second while I move the call. Then I tap on the phone to move it and it is done. Quite seamless actually.
The caller is not notified. The caller experiences one seamless call. You will need to inform the caller when you are changing devices.

I understand whether he wants it or not, and so I have to drag the right button to continue the conversation and at the same time the other interlocutor has to wait a while, so the conversation is not immediately switched to only after my confirmation when I put the slider to the right
If you have answered the call on the Watch, you don't need to slide anything on the phone, just unlock it. Then the call will appear as a green rectangle in the upper left corner of the phone and you just need to tap on that. It will switch over to the phone pretty much immediately. The other person does not need to wait a while.
