AirPods Pro not working when Watch 4 are connected

Hello,

When I connect AirPods to iPhone XR whole system start lagging, pods are beiing connected and disconnected repeatly and it is unable to play any music via them. When I disconnect my Watch 4, pods start working without any issues. Pods also works great when I connect the to my Windows notebook.

Can anybody help me with this ? Why pods playing only when my watch are disconnected ? I Have tried to connect pods directly to Watch, but no difference.

Watch and iPhone are updated, I have tried to restart them several times, also AirPods were reconected several times.
