I cannot hear the other party on my Jabra Evolve 75 when making or answering a call on my iPhone XS Max running ios 14.1

My Jabra Evolve 75 connects to the phones Bluetooth and I can hear music, use skype and talk-to-text. However, when I call using the cellular phone, I cannot hear anything. The party on the other end can hear me fine. I started a ticket with Jabra and ended up on the phone with them where we explored every setting on the Jabra side. It has to be on the iPhone side.

Hi there Flex Jargon!

It sounds like you are having trouble hearing phone calls on your headphones. We'll be glad to give you a few helpful pointers.

For sound issues with headphones, take a look here: If your headphones don't work with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Do your headphones have their own software or firmware? If so, we suggest updating it to make sure that it is compatible with your current iOS.

Also, please remember to keep your iPhone's iOS up to date to make sure your device is benefitting from all available improvements.
