Creating, sharing, password protecting “Notes”

Is it possible to create, share, and password protect shared “notes” in any manner. I have tried using ICloud with family sharing but everything I have found indicates that shared notes can’t be password secured. Is there a work around or another app that would be suitable to do this. I would like to use for securing website I’d and website password data shared by my wife and I on 2 iPhones and 2 iPads. Thanks!!
