one Apple ID how do I use Family sharing for for devices same ID
One Apple ID and I want to use family sharing for 2 TB of storage with five devices with the same Apple ID how do I do that?

If all the devices have the same Apple ID, you don't need Family Sharing. The iCloud Storage is tied to the ID and since all devices have the same ID, they will have access.
